Greeted everyone and said his hours are Wed-Sat 12pm-10pm

• Water Mains completed- water pressure 40 or 60 lbs to be verified (Ck Renaissance?)
• Old Light Poles to be removed, new ones put in
• FDOT to manage street curbs
• Jackie Defreitas, Community Outreach, added her Phone 561-426-9721

• Only local traffic during PAL/DeSoto and Franklin/A1A Restoration
• Caryl added that all will be able to access their homes
• Placement of signs will be placed to discourage those to go over bridge on Dania Beach Blvd. to access A1A south during A1A Restoration Construction to start next summer on those areas after city moves water main

1. 1301 Project Alive Permit Meeting Sept. 17th
2. 5409 Surf Rd. Seawall Barrier/Strelle in midst of being approved, insurance issues. State approval needed, Check w/Lee Gotlieb on erosion issues. Chairman-Doug Eney
3. Buoy Project- Sept. 3rd unanimous approval vote 57 Exclusion buoys at 318 yards from shore. Mermaid snorkel Project is 180 yards from shore. 218 yards matches Hallandales Bouys. Caryl only vote yes so there could be a motion of reconsideration. There cannot be a motion of reconsideration. State Attorney was incorrect, Hallandale & Dania Beach do NOT have an ordinance for Bouys at 218 yards- they have a map.
a. Jog out to 300 yards to match pier
b. Exclude North Beach, snorkelers and divers are centralized at Center Beach
c. Add Mooring Bouys at 2nd ledge -Big Round Balls
d. Chairman- Linda Stein Co-Chair- Marcy Cellante & Howard Taft
4. Grand Opening of The Mooring Project at Loggerhead Park
• Julie Greenfield said we all should go/ Oct. 10th
• No more derelict boats/ $30 per nite/ no boat b&b/ 5 day between gap stays
5. How to make a difference:
a. Individual letters to all Hollywood Commissioners
b. Group letters as well
c. Show up to city hall meetings: Sept. 17th & Oct. 22nd are next ones
d. Julie states that you must arrive before meeting to fill out Citizen Comment Cards
e. Contact Kathy DeBono and Quadomain for their support
