To verify structural Damage of green house on ocean
But is green house a street protector like a dune/i.e.- house north of green house/ before balboa collapsed
14 violations in area- garbage n standard issues
Surf Road- a closed mess by walnut w/ cars and groups waiting around

Will reach out to the Moorings to help Broward w/ legislation
For derelict boats/Hpd is working hard

Beach Renourishment
Mathew Martello of Roto is very concerned that the new balboa structure will push water
to renaissance- or will it keep sand north and south of the structure if it is pushing water as well.
A kimley-horn or engineers question- should there have been wing tips?

Nicole will supply actual doc to board that states renourishment starts nov. 2023
Doug stated that Mathew should separately contact Ellen Maitlin and Pat Defina of Renaissance

Kudos to our city staff and contractors for a quick response,damage control, and clean-up after Hurricane Nicole- from our board as mentioned by Caryl.

Elaine Franklin to coordinate dunes to be built with Broward county and Hollywood
No army corp. Of engineers. Dunes and vegetation are needed- how is this not part of the contractors’ original bid?

Caps being placed on Balboa steel structure w/ dunes creating a 6.5’ landscaped elevation
Sheridan Bridge Nightly closing 10pm-6am until nov.16th
