Attendees: The board, Ramsey Pevsner, Howard Taft, 954-614-7458, April LeClair, Carol Shuham, John Weitzner, Meredith Chasen, Barbara Bond, Carolyn, Jack Steinlieb, Jay Krakovitz, Seeth Vivek

Officer Ricardo: Car robberies on Freedom, Cody Douglas, and Alan streets. Roads with parallel parking, these are tourist with unlocked cars. Tag EA1542 was caught on video,a black suburban.

Commissioner Caryl Shuham:
1. New homeless living in cars about six or eight. Caryl called Duane Chung to handle this and eliminate Campervans, where they are living in also.
2. 1301 approved. those who disagreed are Commissioner Shuham and Commissioner Anderson. There is a citizen driven petition to allow for the people, not just the city to vote.
3. Sheridan bridge is one month behind schedule, might start May or August possibly closed July 4th.
4. Balboa Street collapse- Caryl believes w/ the city, that the temporary situation of Balboa Street can endure the next hurricane season. We are 2 1/2 years behind in the project. Nicole will attend the next meeting and address Balboa Street, lifeguard stations, and hydrants on Balboa Street. Caryl reassured everyone that Nicole and Jose are top-notch and so is their team. Nicole and Jose are from the private sector. We gave thank yous to the officer and to Caryl.

Code Enforcement, John Weitzner:
1. Turtle light violations-mostly with businesses on broadwalk
2. Straley home has left debris on beach with metal etc.
3. Seagrape plant was removed in violation, on the beach for sale property which is south of Ocean Queen. They must replace plants exactly where they were. Thank you, John.

Jeff closes by saying gob bond is still ongoing with the lights. John Pasalacqua has resigned. April LeClair is interested in joining the board.
